Hweri decided to go to the zoo today. Its not like the Trasi didn't have a zoo at home, but he wanted to see what collection the city had officially. It would be a holiday for him. So, he left out of his apartment door, Catiss entwined about his left arm, as per usual. SO, HWERI. ARE WE GOING TO THAT GUN SHOP? I KNOW HOW TO CAUSE SOME DAMAGE TO THESE POOR, INSIGNIFICANT BEINGS. "No I'm not, Karazone. Now leave it alone." Yeah. Not everybody is as maniacle as you. "Thanks Carissa." Not a problem. I know where Your headed anyways. :D :Where we goin, where we goin???????: ..... "The zoo, Barr." Hweri shook his head as the many personalities clustered around. He arrived at the gate, finally, as Mirka managed to subdue the personalities in his head. He felt grateful to the guy, but only because of that. :Hey, Hey. I wanna see the Elepants.: That's elephants, Barr Darling. YOU KNOW, YOU COULD BUILD SOMETHING TO TURN ONE OF THOSE LUMBERING BEASTS INTO A WEAPON DESTRUCTIVE ENOUGH TO WIPE OUT THIS CITY. WHADDAYA SAY? "Not gonna happen." OKAY, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO MODIFY ITS GENETICS. AN ELEPHANT IS PRETTY DESTRUCTIVE BY ITSELF. SO JUST BREAK OPEN THE CAGE- They're not in cages, you psycotic killer. They have Habitats. Know the difference and shut up YOU THINK YOU'RE SO TOUGH, MIRKA? HUH? FIRST THING I'M GONNA DO WHEN I GET THE HELM IS TO KICK YOU OUT OF THIS BRAIN. AND THEN I'LL DO SOME, MODIFICATIONS.... You'd take us with you, I presume. Not likely. You know that the 4 of us can override you. A MERE TECHNICALITY ONLY. DON'T THINK JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE A WOMAN I WON'T HURT YOU. You keep dreaming, Karazone. It ain't gonna happen.... Hweri pounded the side of his head with his fist. "Can you guys please be quiet? I want to go through this in a semblance of normalcy please." YOU CHEEKY- "Can it." They finally quieted, and the android continued to stroll through the zoo, admiring the various animals that comprised its residency. He even saw the similarities in some of them and the creatures he took care of. There was something that looked like a scruffy dog; it was like Werica; the Werewolf/bat creature. Or over there was a large bird with a hooked beak. That was more like Charlene; the bird with metal feathers. He was enjoying the trip, but Catiss wasn't. The Bengal Viper had slid down his arm and into his jacket's sleeve, hissing discontentedly within the folds of the fabric. Hweri absentmindedly stroked his arm, and the viper with it, in a vain attempt to comfort the creature. He was strolling by the canteen; when he felt a phobia come across him. "Oh great....Onithophobia. The fear of birds..." Was his last coherentcy as the fear crashed upon him. He started shivering as an eagle cried to the left, and he became pale and cold.

N U N G A respected sir
Stately gentleman walked along the path, gazing down into each habitat with a bored expression on his face. What had possessed him to come down to the zoo? Was he missing his home planet that badly? Ignoring the dull ache in his side from the remembrance of his home, Nunga raised his head and strode quicker - with purpose in his step. He would go look at the Kauu habitat, perhaps that would alleviate some of this homesickness. The tall man mulled over his own thoughts as he continued to walk. Of course he had been chosen for this important mission. After all, who else was as wise and prestigious as he? Almost none could compare to this man's wisdom and power on Kauu. Remembering part of his mission here on Earth, he cautiously reached out to touch the minds of the others. He contacted a few other Vishnu's minds before the blocked him out. With a small grin, he overpowered them, reading their thoughts without caring how they felt about it. Finding nothing interesting, his thoughts turned towards the other races that surrounded him.
Many of them could not even feel his touch, pathetic swine. Shamelessly, the Vishnu adviser shifting through the thoughts of the surrounding aliens - finding nothing of interest. Suddenly, the Vishnu encountered a conversation. He quickly withdrew his mind, wondering who this was. From the presence he could sense, it was not several individuals - no. Rather it was a single individual. The Vishnu briefly wondered who had more then one person in his mind before he ventured out to touch the creature's - or creatures' - mind. Apparently the individual was a Trasi who had several conversations in his head involving individuals named Karazone, Carissa, Barr, and Mirka. The Vishnu listened in on the Trasi's mental conversation, both horrified and fascinated.
:D :Where we goin, where we goin???????: '.....' "The zoo, Barr."
Nunga glanced about, searching for the source of this interesting conversation. Most obviously this Trasi, Hweri, had severe mental problems. Nunga had always wished to study one who had severe mental incapacities such as this. Perhaps if he found the robot creature it would allow himself to be studied. Still searching, Nunga began to push through the crowd of people, mind focused only on Hweri.
SO JUST BREAK OPEN THE CAGE- 'They're not in cages, you psycotic killer.
Nunga caught sight of him just as the Trasi began to beat on the side of his head.
"Can you guys please be quiet? I want to go through this in a semblance of normalcy please." YOU CHEEKY- "Can it."
Semblance of normalcy indeed. To any mind reading alien Hweri stood out like a sore thumb. He was fortunate the other races were so blind to obvious ailments such as his - otherwise he would be shunned even more then he was now. Others were already giving him a wide berth, finding it strange that a Trasi would hit his head in such a manner. Soon though, the people who had noticed the Trasi passed, leaving the unsuspecting crowd to close back around Hweri, making following him nigh impossible were it not for Nunga's great height and Hweri's mind. When Hweri's mind quieted suddenly, Nunga lost track of the Trasi. Determined, he kept pushing through the crowd, mind searching frantically for Hweri's. After a minute, the Vishnu caught a glimpse the Trasi walking over by the aviary.
As Nunga drew closer the Trasi stopped cold in his tracks. Suddenly self-conscious of the way he had followed Hweri, Nunga slowed, keeping a wary eye upon the android. After a moment, Nunga was close enough to hear the Trasi's words, with a faint echo from his thoughts. "Oh great....Onithophobia. The fear of birds..." Across the connection between their minds came the rushing surge of fear. Although Nunga had no fear of birds himself, his mind was so intimately linked with Hweri's that Hweri's emotions became his own. After a couple of minutes of agony passed, the Vishnu managed to severe the connection. Instantly relief passed over him. He reached one shaking hand up to wipe his brow, finding glistening drops clustered there. The Vishnu breathed deeply to control his wild breathing and to calm his racing heart. Realizing the Trasi was still in that state of fear and shock, the Vishnu strolled over to the android.
Very carefully, he reconnected with the Trasi's mind. He was cautious to keep the connection strong enough so his thoughts could be made heard to Hweri, but also weak enough so he would not be over powered again by Trasi's irrational phobia. "You are okay, these bird will not hurt you. Glancing about at the birds, he mentally touched their minds. Animals always have had, and always will have an extremely sensitive mind to what goes on about them. Due to this sensitivity, the birds either became quiet or flew to their roosting places. The Vishnu looked back at the Trasi, face long and severe.

Hweri gripped his head tightly as the phobia consumed all that he was. Every rustle of feathers, every wing flap was amplified in his brain and turned into something horrifying. He shivered as his mentality shattered into a thousand little pieces. Though they seemed used to it, his other personalities seemed shocked, too shocked to do anything really. If he wasn’t writhing in fear right then, the Trasi would have been sincerely surprised. His personalities should have been used to his phobias. And Karazone, especially would have been looking forward to it. He usually tried to take over while the others were bent on calming him, and he himself was busy trying not to faint in terror. “You are okay, these birds will not hurt you.” Hweri ignored the voice in his attempts to control his fear. Catiss crawled out of his sleeve with a worried ‘mew’ and slithered back up his arm and started to lick his hand. His fear slowly waned as his mind ceased to recognize any danger in the avian community, and he took a shaking hand and stroked his Bengal Viper. And then, for an inexplicable reason, his mind went back to the calm, reassuring voice that had entered his head. With a start, he realized that it wasn’t any familiar voice. It wasn’t Karazone, Carissa, Mirka or Barr. It didn’t have the ‘pitch’ or “timbre” of any of his personalities’ mind voices. For a sickening moment, amongst the Onithophobia, he believed he had another personality join in from the shock of the instantaneous bird-fear. However, nothing like that happened at any other time when he had any phobias spontaneously erupt, so he decided another person had slipped a mind voice into his head. Slowly he turned around, and faced a tall, elderly Vishnu. LOOK! IT’S ONE OF THOSE FREEKY ALIENS. HE MUST HAVE MESSED WITH YOUR MIND SOMEHOW. THAT BASTARD. QUICK, HWERI. LET ME IN CONTROL SO I CAN GET BACK AT HIM. ALL I HAVE TO DO IS- Do you ever shut up, Karazone? WHAT!? MIRKA, YOU FELT WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO HWERI, DIDN’T YOU? You, are a block head. That ‘alien’ just saved our host’s sanity. :Oooooh. What is he? What did he do?: Hweri just gazed at the man, and then slowly dropped his head in a muted nod of thanks. “I don’t know what you just did, but I thank you stranger. My sanity was on thin ropes as it was.” He looked up, gratification in his eyes. Catiss, somehow attuned to his master’s moods by some way that only a loyal pet would have, started purring and slithering all over the Trasi’s arm.

N U N G A respected sir
Nunga felt a brief wave of satisfaction as Hweri's state of mind became more normal, and the mind-numbing fear vanished. Having little to no experience with mentally unstable individuals like Hweri, he felt immensely satisfied with how it turned out. 'My my my. I'm so amazing I amaze myself.' The Vishnu thought. What if Hweri had just heard that? Startled, he checked his connection with Hweri. As was habit for Nunga, he had weakened the connection enough where he could still hear what was going on in Hweri's mind, but Hweri - or any of the other minds within Hweri's - could not hear what was going on in Nunga's. Once again satisfied with his ingenuity, the tiniest of tiny smiles cracked his lips, making his normally severe looking face appear almost normal.
The stately Vishnu's gaze dropped down to Hweri's arm as a Bengal Viper slithered down his arm and licked the Trasi's arm. With an involuntary shiver, Nunga stepped away. How had he not sensed the animal's presence? Perhaps with all the other animals about, and being so focused on only Hweri's mind he had missed Catiss. Lips drooped in a frown, and nose twitched into a disapproving scowl. 'Filthy animal.' Nunga mentally thought, returning his attention to Hweri's mind. He was pleased to discover that Hweri's mind was returned to a state of semi-normalcy and that the Trasi was thinking of him. 'My my my. I really should be flattered, but who doesn't think of me?' The Trasi was surprised at the voice in his head, and seemed to confuse Nunga's voice with one of those ridiculous voices he heard. 'Pffft. I'm much too sophisticated sounding to be confused with one of those pieces of trash.' As Hweri came to the same - more or less - conclusion, Nunga nodded his head in approval. This chap wasn't so bad.
The Trasi turned about, gazing in a...was that a fearful gaze that Nunga received?
LOOK! IT’S ONE OF THOSE FREEKY ALIENS. HE MUST HAVE MESSED WITH YOUR MIND SOMEHOW. THAT BASTARD. QUICK, HWERI. LET ME IN CONTROL SO I CAN GET BACK AT HIM. ALL I HAVE TO DO IS- 'Do you ever shut up, Karazone?' WHAT!? MIRKA, YOU FELT WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO HWERI, DIDN’T YOU? 'You, are a block head. That ‘alien’ just saved our host’s sanity.' :Oooooh. What is he? What did he do?:
Nunga also approved of this Mirka character. So calm and level headed. Hweri's gaze - in the meantime - didn't falter. After a quiet moment, his head dropped - a gesture of thanks apparently. "I don’t know what you just did, but I thank you stranger. My sanity was on thin ropes as it was.” Nunga's head lifted with pride. For all this pile of metal's issues, he certainly did have a very good idea of what - or who - was important. Hweri's head raised, gratification or something of the sort in his eyes. Catiss, as Nunga had discovered the Bengal Viper's name to be - began to slither all over the Trasi's arm, in the most vile and disgusting way. Not bothering to hide his dislike of the pet, Nunga's gaze alighted upon Hweri. Regal sounding voice resonated into Hweri mind.

The trasi noted a faint glimmer of satisfaction in the other man's eyes as he acknowledged his nod. Hweri absentmindedly scratched Catiss' chin, and then he noticed the disapproval and disgust in his benefactor's eyes. Apparently, he either disapproved of splicing, pets, or one of the animals Catiss was. That made Hweri sad. Catiss was one of his favorite pets, and he was more intelligent than a normal cat or dolphin. He scratched his head, as the vishnu's voice intruded in his mind once more. "Most welcome, good sir. It's most intriguing how you have so many in your mind. Would you care to share how you acquired them?"/i] Hweri gave him a sheepish grin. "I don't really know how. Something went wrong in my internal programming I guess. YEAH. AND THEN WE FOUR CAME INTO EXISTANCE. YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT, FOUR-ARMS? Do you ever shut up, Karazone? WHY? I DON'T LIKE HIM, AND I WANT HIM TO KNOW IT. Trust us, Karazone, he does. Hweri, however trusts him. Can you not be more lenient? NOT YOU TOO, CARISSA. THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT THAT ASSHOLE THAT I JUST DON'T LIKE. WHY DOES HE HAVE TO BE POKING HIS OVERSISED NOSE WHERE HE DOESN'T BELONG? Face it, you just don't like anything with flesh and blood. YOU'RE RIGHT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN SURVIVE WITH ALL THAT BLOOD, AND FLUIDS RUNNING AROUND ALL THE TIME. IT'D DRIVE ME MAD. You can hardly be any crazier than you already are, Karazone. MIRKA!!!I'VE HAD IT UP TO HERE WITH YOU. YOU REALLY WANT TO GO UP AGAINST ME? You wouldn't even stand a chance against Carissa, stone for brains. What makes you think you can take me? ALRIGHT MIRKA. YOU AND ME- Hweri tapped his head again, irritatedly. He gave an apologetic face to Nunga. "I apologize for my other selves. But allow me to assure you that they are as thankful as I am. You don't know what kind of hell I go through every day." Catiss slithered back under Hweri's sleeve, and then fell into a sleep. There was something the viper hybrid didn't like about the situation, but he couldn't tell his master anyway. He sighed with a small hiss, and slept it off.

"I don't really know how. Something went wrong in my internal programming I guess." 'Some problem.' Nunga briefly thought before Karazone went off on another tirade. He would simply tune the personality ... thing ... out -- nevertheless, he was enjoying this strange encounter.
YEAH. AND THEN WE FOUR CAME INTO EXISTANCE. YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT, FOUR-ARMS? Do you ever shut up, Karazone? WHY? I DON'T LIKE HIM, AND I WANT HIM TO KNOW IT. Trust us, Karazone, he does. The Trasi interrupted the bickering people in his head with a tap of his finger on his head. "I apologize for my other selves. But allow me to assure you that they are as thankful as I am. You don't know what kind of hell I go through every day."
"It is quite alright. It is my understanding that they do not meet many people. Hweri leaned back a little as the imposing vishnu leaned forward and looked into his eyes. He heard Nunga enter his head again, and then winced at Karazon's response. HELL YEAH I DON'T LIKE YOU. YOU'RE POKING YOUR OVERSIZED NOSE IN HWERI'S HEAD AND LISTENING TO EVERYTHING WE SAY. AND, TO TOP IT ALL OFF, YOU'RE AN ORGANIC BEING, AND I DESPISE ANYTHING WITH SKIN AND BONES AS A GENERAL PRINCIPLE. Hweri blinked at that, and then shifted his attention to Nunga's statement to himself.
"It should not be too difficult for one who is skilled at building Trasi to reprogram you to not have all these others cluttering your mindspace -- if that is what you would prefer."
"Well, I...." Hweri trailed off and though about it. WHAT THE HELL?!?!? HOW COME YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO OFFER AND REMOVE US FROM HIS HEAD?! WE ARE PART OF HIM, SOMETHING YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND YOU LOSER OF A SENTINENT CREATURE. I OUGHTA- Karazone, hush. If Hweri would rather not have his mental defects, it is his decision. Not ours, and especially not yours. CARISSA? DO YOU WANT TO DIE?! We can't die, you brute. We don't technically exist. AND YOU WOULD WILLINGLY ACCEPT THAT? If Hweri wanted it? Yes!(Mirka and Carissa together.) Hweri laughed as the both of them caught the insane Karazone speechless. :Umm. Hweri? If you say yes, does that mean I don't get to play no more?: The trasi winced at Barr's sorrowfull tone. "Yes, I'm sad to say. If I decide to accept this kind gentleman's generous offer, than you would cease to exist." :Ahh.....Okay...: Barr, don't be so sad darling. I'm sure you won't regret it, and you won't feel a think. It'll be peaceful. An arc of killing intent lanced across Hweri's mind to the spot occupied by Karazone. Which might be something different if Karazone gets his way. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT YOU INSANE WOMAN? Hweri sighed and shook his head, and then looked Nunga back in the eyes and smiled sheepishly as he ran his fingers through his violet hair. "I'm sorry, but I'll have to decline. I don't know what I'd do without them, frankly." He tried to ignore the various cheers and feelings of contentment as his personalities processed his answer.

Nunga straightened, his back becoming impeccably straight. He now towered over the Trasi, where as when he had been leaning Nunga had been at least eye-level with Hweri. As Karazone loudly voiced his opinion, a small smirk twisted at the Vishnu's lips. He dimmed the connection, so Karazone was speaking at a normal volume. It was much like turning the volume down on a holo-phone. "HELL YEAH I DON'T LIKE YOU. YOU'RE POKING YOUR OVERSIZED NOSE IN HWERI'S HEAD AND LISTENING TO EVERYTHING WE SAY. AND, TO TOP IT ALL OFF, YOU'RE AN ORGANIC BEING, AND I DESPISE ANYTHING WITH SKIN AND BONES AS A GENERAL PRINCIPLE."
"You do realize that you speaking louder only has an effect on Hweri. I can limit the connection between our minds so your voice lacks volume. No matter what you do, I can do what I like with your voice."
This entity, Karazone, needed to put in his place. He could not, or rather, should not be allowed to mouth off to a person of superior breeding and class. This, of course, would be Nunga. His eyes narrowed as he mentally faced off with Karazone.
Lucky for Karazone, Hweri pulled Nunga's attention back onto him. "Well, I...." The Trasi stopped speaking, and the different possibilities flashed through his head. WHAT THE HELL?!?!? At this point Nunga limited the connection. 'We can't die, you brute. We don't technically exist.' AND YOU WOULD WILLINGLY ACCEPT THAT? 'If Hweri wanted it?' 'Yes!'(Mirka and Carissa together.)
It was simply fascinating how accepting of an alternate fate most of Hweri's other selves were. Karazone was found quite speechless, which made Hweri laugh, the sound cutting through the air in a way that was irritating to Nunga. A smaller, insecure voice echoed through both Hweri's and Nunga's minds. :Umm. Hweri? If you say yes, does that mean I don't get to play no more?: Hweri winced while answering, "Yes, I'm sad to say. If I decide to accept this kind gentleman's generous offer, than you would cease to exist." Ahaha. Kind gentleman. That Nunga certainly was. He straightened his shoulders a bit, and pulled on his clothes. He was right to meet with this Hweri fellow. :Ahh.....Okay...: Barr, don't be so sad darling. I'm sure you won't regret it, and you won't feel a think. It'll be peaceful. A mood of blood red flashed across Hweri's mind. Karazone was the culprit, of course. Cariss continued, Which might be something different if Karazone gets his way. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT YOU INSANE WOMAN? While the personalities bickered, Nunga took the moment to survey the atmosphere that surrounded Hweri. There were many mood colors, a swirling rainbow of them, some from each character. There was the bloody red of hurtful intent and anger, the medium blue of sad pain, a burgundy color that represented neutrality, a very light blue of acceptance, and a swirl of several indistinct colors that represented indecision. This indistinct color was the brightest color, and it most likely belonged to Hweri. After a minute, one of the colors, a bright shade of green came forward. The green of decision.
The Trasi sighed and shook his head. Nunga read his answer before Hweri had a chance to speak. "I'm sorry, but I'll have to decline. I don't know what I'd do without them, frankly." Hweri's entire aura turned into varying shades of pink contentment. Nunga said nothing but nodded in response to Hweri. Personally, he was happy Hweri decided to keep the many personalities in his head. This would make him easier to study. A person with a single personality was simply not as interesting as one that had five. Nunga stood watching Hweri, content to listen to the thoughts and words of the many characters, and to watch the swirling emotions that surrounded the fellow.

Hweri did feel a little different, now that he had turned down this vishnu’s offer. What would have happened had he accepted? The trasi didn’t know; and frankly didn’t care to find out. Karazone, Mirka, Barr, and Carissa were all a fundamental part of his personality. If he had accepted, It would have been like consigning Catiss and his other ‘orphans’ do a butcher’s or other horrible place where they would have died. Sure, his personalities didn’t exist. But they also did, and that’s what mattered to the Trasi more than anything else. Besides, Nunga didn’t like Catiss. No matter how kind or generous someone was; disliking any animal was already a mark in Hweri’s black book. SO WHAT NOW, OH HOST? DO WE CONTINUE ON YOUR PATHETIC ‘VACATION’, the scorn literally dripped from Karazones’ Mind voice, OR DO WE CONTINUE ON THIS FARCE OF A CONVERSATION WITH THIS ORGANID? Whichever it is, he won’t decide with you taunting him WOMAN! YOU ARE TRYING MY PATIENCE. Like you have any, stone head. NOW YOU MIRKA? I HAD THOUGHT YOU WOULD BE ON MY SIDE. Like I would ever side with you?
Hweri sighed again. The conflict was all too familiar; each personality playing on each other’s nerves. The most likely outcome would be that Carissa and Mirka would outmaneuver Karazone, and that would be the end; despite the arrogant’s ones discontented mutterings on the side. He blankly scratched Catiss as he listened to the discussion, before another phobia came upon him. He didn’t even have time to identify it (demophobia; fear of crowds) before his eyes rolled up in his head and he collapsed.
Hweri! Hang on. Please. Its just a bunch of people. They won’t harm you dear heart. Get up. Please! FINALLY!!! Karazone don’t! TOO LATE! Hweri twitched, and then his purple hair stiffened into a tall mohawk. His eyes popped open, and he swiftly got to his feat. “Take this you glorified scum bag!” He yelled. In an instant, he lunged with a fist outstretched. Karazone/Hweri was aiming for Nunga’s face; he intended to do damage. ‘Get him somebody!’ Hweri’s mind voice rang out uselessly in his own head, as Carissa and Mirka tried to manhandle Karazone’s consciousness out of Hweri’s full mind, and out of control of his body. :Oh no!: Barr wasn’t much help, as the child-like personality crawled up in a tiny corner of Hweri’s mind throughout the commotion.
