Detailed Appearance:
For all of his years, he has a much younger appearance. He looks like a 17 year old boy, that stands at roughly 5 foot, 9 inches. He isn't all that built, but nor is he anorexic skinny. He weighs at just over a hundred pounds. He seems almost fragile when you look at him, though don't let his design fool you.
Hweri has skin that is just almost pasty white, but is a shade or two darker. Here and there you can see patches of a light silver metal, and some wiring. His eyes, that seem very watery and anime-big. They are a deep shade of mulberry, that contain a depths of sorrow and innocence not seen in many androids. His hair, which hangs down past his ears, is a shade of violet.
He normally has very somber attire. A worn, dark grey shirt over torn black jeans; a black denim jacket that has seen some better days: and some scruffy boots that could be any color underneath some of the oil and grim. He has some silver bracelets around his left arm, and he has a black choker in the middle of his throat.

- Loathes scientists for what they do to animals

- Slightly unstable.
Personality:
Normally, you have a strict stereotype of robots and androids. The first, cold and calculating, delete the humans. The next, open and innocent, why must this happen. As it so happens, Hweri is neither the one or the other. He is somewhat shy, but only because he is terrified of rejection. If you talk to him first, he will get an almost immediate liking for you. He enjoys messing with machinery, and loves the intricacies of any piece of technology. He likes to know how things work, and how they can be made better. He can have long, elaborate discussions to somebody that also enjoys tinkering; and he often goes for a few hours.
He was thrown away, almost after he was made, so he has issues over the whole abandonment thing. That being said, his heart goes out directly to those abandoned because of defections. He has gotten to the point where he saves animals, and stores them in his house. He takes really good care of everyone, and doesn't really show favoritism. He sees potential good in the lot, so thats why he cant stand seeing them waste away in the city's dark streets.
It may be the reason, or it may be the result of his abandonment, but Hweri is an extremely unstable individual. Some days he'll go around like normal, some days he locks himself in his room. What seems to be wrong with him, is he gets random phobias at irrational times, and for an indeterminable length of time. Every phobia know to medical science has visited him at one point or another, and sometimes he has two or three phobias at once. It gets aggravating when he has Isolophobia and Anthropophobia all at once. Or being afraid of open and enclosed spaces. When conflicting Phobias come on him; he usually gets a brain overload and shuts down. When he wakes up, the phobias are usually over.
And sometimes his schizophrenic, multi personality disorder comes in and takes everything to hell...
The first personality is Karazone. He's like the cold heart, but more aggressive. He hates anything of flesh and blood. He urges Hweri to get a gun or some other destructive weapon and wipe out Touchdown of the 'meat bags'. When he's in charge, He usually goes around to the androids of the city and tries to rile them up.
Second personality is Carissa. Like the name says, this is a girl personality. She tries to circumvent Karazone's urges, and wants Hweri to help out the humans instead. She approves of his taking care of animals; and she usually carries it out when she has the helm.
The third personality is Mirka. He is a fighter, and to him went all of the skills and knowledge. He is the 'lone wolf' type; but he usually frequents bars when he's in charge. You don't want to mess with him.
Fourth, and final personality, is Barr. Barr is the second robot cliche. He is more of an 8 year old than anything else. Impulsive, curious, and somewhat irritating; Barr always likes to ask questions, and look up stuff he doesn't understand.
Prized Possessions:
Hweri doesn't really have anything he considers of value. Well, there is the silver blade he found, but it doesn't have a hilt or anything. Its just a straight piece of silver that's sharpened at one end.
History:
Hweri was designed in the later years of his origin planet's life. Surprisingly; he was a new prototype soldier. He was given every professional and street skill on his planet, and the ability to do anything required. He was given a calm demeanor, and all of the anger was taken out of him. But, the fact that he was a prototype, there was something wrong in his internal commands. He wouldn't kill, and he grew to have an interchanging phobia with a schizophrenic, multi personality mind. The people who made him, couldn't change him because of an interference block they themselves had put in his internal commands. They gave up hope on using him as a new super-soldier, and put him in the cargo of faulty robots to go to the trash planet. His last experience before shutting down, was one of the scientists looking at him like he was so much filth; no, worse than filth; and had to be disposed of as soon as possible.
The ship dumped them in the nearest pile and then left fairly quickly. Of course, the Trasi eventually rose to a civilization, and came looking for robots and androids that could be put back on line and put to further use in their expanding community. They found Hweri who seemed to be in almost perfect condition. A few days after he came back on-line, they realized his many internal problems. He realized it as well, but there was hardly anything he could do about his processors. So, he took a small junk-ship and left the Trasi. He followed an envoy out of curiosity, and ended up on the planet earth. He stopped in the Touchdown satellite, and went through customs. They told him about his options, and he chose the one he seemed to like best. A mechanic. So he started his job, and everything seemed fine for a week. And then, as he was passing a pet-store that promoted spliced pets, he heard a pitiful mewling from the alleyway. He went back there, and noticed what looked like a coil of tiger-print, furry rope. The noise came from there, so he lifted it. As he did, the creature lifted its head, and Hweri was astonished. What he had in his hand was a Bengal Tiger/ King Cobra cross. It looked at him with the most puppy-dog looking eyes a feline/serpent could give; and he found his life's calling. But to this day; he is hardly seen without Catiss coiled about his arm.
